Metrocon 2026 Adventures

I'm back!

Hi guys :3

Metrocon was sooooo much fun!!! I made so many new moots and got to hang out with lots of old friends too

Some of my moots actually got to perform on stage in Enstars and Hypmic cosplay groups, it was super fun going to support and see everyone! I hope one day I can also do a cosplay performance group on stage, it would be a dream come true!


I actually got to be part of a Witchs Heart cosplay group as you can see above, we went out for ramen after too and it was sooooo fun I highly recommend going out to eat in cosplay if you've never done it before in your life.

I actually got a free thai tea for leaving a google review at the place we went to! Everyone go to Ichiban Ramen in Tampa for a fun time it's cheap and superrr high quality food with great service.

The j-rock live was soooo good and of course the cosplay performances are always fun to watch too. A lawlight cosplay won best performance (as they should) and getting to see them dance across stage handcuffed like in the anime and have everyone cheer was unforgettable.

I also got a ton of merch, mostly Witch Hat stuff.

One of the vendors gave me a free Kris Deltarune heart button for running with my gf to buy them a coke since they hadn't had a break in hours. It was so worth it.


My ita bag now has Kris Deltarune, Olruggio Witch Hat, and Dave Strider as new additions.

Overall, I had my favorite con experience yet and it wouldn't have been possible without my friends and gf who made it so special and fun. I loved talking to everyone about game dev stuff too and I'm excited to work on my project more this month!


Also!!! Plugging one of my friends's youtube channels here, if you're a fan of rpgmaker and indie game letsplays like Omori, Your Turn To Die, etc. you should definitely give AsterKatt a watch on Youtube! They're so funny and sweet and have a really great Witch's Heart playthrough, so go check it out now!!!

They actually organized our Witch's Heart meetup so shoutout to them for bringing us all together over the weekend!

Full Moon, Travels Soon...


Metrocon tomorrow! I'm so excited!

All of my cosplays are ready now and I'm so excited to see friends and walk around and meet so many cool people. They never have events like this in my city, so it's always a treat when I can go out of town to things like that.

I'm getting into Persona but it's so sick and twisted cause I want Persona merch but don't want to be a larper and get stuff before I play the games.

The music is so good though I've had 'Heartbeat, Heartbreak' stuck in my head all week. I ran a mile this week listening to persona music. I also love Yosuke and Akechi so bad. I know I'll also love Futaba too.

I've also been doing a lot of reflecting on my career lately and exactly where I want to take it in the tech industry. I recently got a very nice entry-level job at a larger tech company, but because of conflict of interest I can't exactly do freelancing web development work on the side like I had planned.

I'm definitely moving to Los Angeles with my gf when we're older, so I'm doing a lot of research on the area and what jobs are available and what coding stacks I'd need for each job.

Good news is I downloaded VS Code so my only portfolio work isn't just on Neocities lol. I also made a github and as I gain more experience I'll upload stuff to there too.

That's all I really have for now, I'll share stories from Metrocon next week! I'm enjoying the pretty full moon, I hope everyone does the same

Just kidding! I finally got the layout of my blog situated which is awesome. I always blog too late at night oops.

Soon I'll be going to Tampa!! I'm so excited. I really want to go to my favorite cafes in Tampa since I don't get to go there too often. If you find yourself in Tampa, you should go to Qamaria coffee or Felicitious Coffee. Sooooo delish at both places.

Unrelated but I coded my gf her own Neocities that will be up and running soon (yay!) and she really likes it. I want to trick everyone I know into coding a Neocities or Nekoweb. It's genuinely so fun getting to make stuff while you learn a skill.

I attempted to learn javascript and git today...one step at a time *gulps*

Also unrelated but my car broke down twice so now I'm out of a car until further notice. Luckily I'm surrounded by amazing people like my gf and family who have been helping me get around and will help me get to work when I get back from Tampa in August. I'm just grateful I didn't get hurt or break down on the highway. Things could always be worse.

I'll probably also use this layout for my gamedev blog but I'll set that up another night. Until then,

First blog post!

Hello all of Neocities!

This is my first blog post ever on here. It's fun and exciting making your own website, and I really look forward to improving it as time goes on. A lot of things can be confusing with flex boxes, grids, etc. etc. but I love a good challenge and it's honestly just been super fun.


Soon I'll be going to Metrocon 2026 with my gf and I'm sooooo excited! I'll be cosplaying all 3 days!

I'm going to a Witch's Heart meetup too which is crazy cause it feels like there's only 5 of us total, let alone enough people at one con in Florida to make a full cosplay group. If you've never played it this is your sign to


I've also been working on the plot for a game I want to make! I don't know the first thing about game dev so I'm learning as I go lol but that's always the best way to learn. It's definitely going to be a rpg maker game, and I'll try to set goals for progress on it soon! Because I start a new job soon I may have less time to work on it, but it absolutely isn't going to be neglected I promise!
